This website is the initiative of Andrew Singer.  This First Homes Everywhere website is intended to accompany Andrew’s article, to be published soon, hopefully in the national press.  This article argues that, at last, we now have the solution to first-time buyer crisis.  This is in the form of two recent pieces of legislation:  firstly, the First Homes Scheme, and secondly, the policy on Exception Sites.

This website is intended to be a resource for anyone interested in exploring this further.  All the various schemes and initiatives referred to in the article are covered.  Where possible, links are given to useful sources of information and advice.
